Die cutting is a special process for relatively soft materials such as rubber and foam, ideal polymers to produce the gaskets and washers.
It consists of obtaining finished products from different types of sheets or plates and processing them according to the precise needs of the customer or detailed project.
It is a multi-step process capable of meeting the specific production of many industries; we die-cut the gaskets for design, convert the rubber and foam, and from these we obtain gaskets, discs, flexible couplings, molded parts, and films.
